Licensing & Image Use

Want to license an image?

Licenses for editorial, commercial, or personal use are available on request. Every license is granted in writing and describes exactly how, where, and for how long an image may be used.

To request a license, email michael@michaelfieldenphotography.com or call 408-691-9484. Please include the image, how you would like to use it, and where it will appear.

What is not permitted

Without prior written permission from Michael Fielden, you may not:

• copy, download, screenshot, or reproduce any image;
• edit, crop, filter, or alter any image;
• print, sell, sublicense, or distribute any image;
• publish or post any image, including on social media;
• use any image to train or develop machine-learning or AI models.

Purchasing a session, a digital file, or a print does not transfer copyright or grant reuse rights beyond the specific license provided.

Reporting unauthorized use (takedown)

If you believe an image from this site is being used without permission, or you are hosting one of these images and have received a removal request, contact us and we will respond promptly:
